Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable meeting customers in person, and have a proactive approach toward generating sales and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Meet prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements.
Present products/services effectively and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Follow up consistently with leads, quotations, and potential customers.





Candidate Requirements
Diploma qualification is mandatory; graduation will be an added advantage.
1–2 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and convincing abilities.
Comfortable conducting face-to-face customer meetings.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of the Bhubaneswar market will be an advantage.
Having a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
