Position- QMS Engineer/Management Representative

Qualification- Diploma (Mech),B.tech/M.tech/ or similar relevant fields

Experience- 01 to 06 Years

Location: Ajmer (Rajasthan)

Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation & Maintenance
Maintain and update QMS documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, manuals, and formats.
Ensure organization-wide compliance and experience in QMS (ISO 9001:2015) and other applicable standards.
Coordinate internal and external audits, including certification (Certified Internal Auditor) and surveillance audits.
Candidate must be a certified Internal Auditor
Have basic knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 * ISO 45001:2018
Have Audit Experience (External & Internal)
Audit & Compliance
Plan, conduct, and document internal quality audits across departments.
Track non-conformities, take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure closure within defined timelines.




Support external audits by customers, certification bodies, or regulatory agencies.
Process Improvement
Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements using quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.).
Monitor KPIs and ensure effective implementation of quality plans and process controls.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen, 5S, and Lean practices.
Training & Awareness
Conduct QMS awareness training for employees across departments.
Educate teams on standard operating procedures, quality standards, and best practices.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain audit logs, CAPA records, risk assessments, and quality performance reports.
Prepare monthly QMS performance reports for management review.
Support Management Review Meetings with data, analysis, and action plans.
