Role & responsibilities :
Receive and understand job requirements from hiring managers.
Create or coordinate job descriptions and job postings.
Search for suitable candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Conduct initial HR/recruiter screening interviews.
Assess candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Schedule interviews and manage interview feedback.
Maintain candidate records in an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Conduct reference/background checks where required.
Coordinate salary discussions and offer processes.
Negotiate offers within approved guidelines.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates for management.
