Job Summary

Innovitoy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment and help build a robust talent pool for the organization. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Support offer and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates.
Assist the HR team in other recruitment and HR activities.





Requirements
Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
0–3 years of recruitment experience.
Freshers with valuable communication and interpersonal skills can apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
Positive follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
