Project Management Experience
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience.
Overall professional experience of 15+ years.

Technical/Overall Project Managers (40%)
Healthcare Domain Project Managers (60%)
Preferred Certifications
PMP, CSM, Protected, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certifications.
Healthcare certifications such as AHM 250, HIPAA, or other relevant healthcare domain credentials are highly preferred.
Hands-On PM Experience
Candidates must have performed in a Project Manager role, leading project delivery in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
Profiles with experience primarily as Business Analysts, Developers, or project team members without direct PM accountability should be avoided.
Communication & Business Engagement Skills
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling capabilities.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into transparent and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and actionable delivery plans.

Willingness and ability to work within the agreed US business hour coverage model.
