Job Purpose:

Maintain CRM data, support lead management activities, and ensure accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:
Update leads, contacts, and opportunities in CRM.
Track lead follow-ups and sales activities.
Generate daily and weekly reports.
Verify and maintain data accuracy.
Coordinate with sales teams for updates.
Assist in customer database management.
Monitor lead allocation and status updates.
Ensure CRM hygiene and process compliance.

Skills Required:
Attention to detail.
Positive Excel and reporting skills.
Basic understanding of CRM systems.
Analytical and organizational skills.
Valuable communication skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
