Position: Sales Executive – Real EstateWhitefox Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team for our residential project in Sector 73, Noida.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and handle leads for residential flats and properties.
Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other information to customers.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, site visits, and bookings.
Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly sales targets.




Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries professionally throughout the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of the Noida real estate market will be an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills may also apply.
