About the Role

Vrinda Global is looking for Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our growing recruitment team. We are seeking professionals with solid experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment who can manage multiple hiring mandates and deliver high-quality profiles within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.




Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability.
Handle bulk, lateral, niche, and leadership hiring requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring teams.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.
Handle offer discussions, compensation negotiation, and joining coordination.
Maintain recruitment MIS and track submissions, interviews, closures, and TAT.
Build robust candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality of hiring.Role & responsibilities
