THE ROLE You will be responsible for driving business development, sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth .
Key responsibilities:
• Drive new business opportunities and lead generation
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and provide the right solutions
• Conduct client meetings and site visits as required
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals
• Drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
• Identify new market and business opportunities
• Take ownership of individual revenue and business targets
• Ensure a smooth client experience throughout the sales journey
