10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within Wealth Management.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Program Manager / Delivery Manager
Strong understanding of Wealth Management processes and investment products.
Valuable knowledge of APIs, system integration, microservices, and enterprise architecture.
Experience working with platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite, Finacle Wealth, GTN, Wealth Spectrum, or similar is preferred.
Robust Agile/Waterfall project management experience.
Excellent stakeholder, risk, dependency, vendor, and team management skills.
Experience working with onsite/offshore teams.
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
Experience in Private Banking, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, or Wealth Technology.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
Experience delivering the Wealth Management transformation programs.
