Role & responsibilities
To understand the housing needs of customers and provide financial solutions accordingly.
Leveraging financial, analytical and appraisal skills to assess customers need for a home by analysing customer’s ability to service a loan by understanding household income, expenses, social, economic factors and accordingly take in the application
Guiding customers throughout the entire loan application process until the loan is sanctioned
Council prospective customers about the loan chance and plan a meeting based on their interest.
Confirm credit worthiness of customers by evaluating the loan application and the documents submitted along with it to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Provide information on repayment schedule to customers
Prepare & submit loan applications and provide recommendations for approval of loan.
Handle customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve them.
