We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst / Software Tester to join our team. This role is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality software products and eager to learn testing best practices in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities
Understand software requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
Work closely with developers to verify fixes and ensure issue resolution
Participate in sprint meetings and QA discussions
Ensure software quality before release to production
Prepare basic test reports and status updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC & STLC
Knowledge of manual testing in web and/or mobile applications
Positive analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Good to Have
Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Basic SQL knowledge
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
