Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and deliver business and technology projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to business requirements.

Responsibilities
Manage projects from planning through completion.
Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with business, technology, operations, finance, and compliance teams.
Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Manage stakeholders, vendors, and project communications.
Prepare project reports and management updates.
Coordinate testing, implementation, and project closure.
Identify and resolve project issues to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements




4–7 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in finance, banking, FinTech, insurance, or related industries preferred.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Jira or MS Project.
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is an advantage.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 per month
