Key Responsibilities
Own project timelines, budgets, and resource planning across multiple concurrent sites
Coordinate between design team, site supervisors, vendors, and contractors
Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality against design intent
Manage client communication — progress updates, approvals, change requests
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory approvals
Maintain project documentation — drawings, approvals, snag lists, handover reports
Requirements
Bachelor's in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Proven track record managing residential or commercial interior projects
Working knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp (for reading drawings, not necessarily producing them)
Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
