Key Responsibilities
Manage key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
Understand client objectives and craft strategic solutions in coordination with internal creative and strategy teams.
Drive campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high standards of quality.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and campaign insights.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling prospects within key accounts.
Maintain regular communication and relationship health checks with clients.
Collaborate with the finance team for timely billing and collections.
