Overview

As a Backlog Clearance Analyst, you will work the compensation-inquiry / dispute backlog across three streams screening & bulk-close, dependency chasing, and research & closure to burn down the inherited case stock and monthly inflow against the committed trajectory.

Responsibilities
Screen and segment open case stock by channel, age, exposure and partner.
Close invalid / duplicate / already-paid / out-of-policy cases in attested batches under signed disposition rules.
Build dependency evidence packs and follow up with named client counterparts through weekly clinics.
Research and resolve valid, no-dependency cases oldest-first as per the standard runbook.
Refer policy-exception cases to the review board with prepared packs.




Tag every closure to a root cause for the prevention feed.
Maintain templated seller / partner communications and QA evidence.
Report clearance and dependency progress separately.

Qualifications
2–5 years in dispute resolution / claims / compensation-inquiry or transaction operations.
Case / dispute research, data segmentation and screening, evidence-pack preparation and runbook-driven resolution.
Throughput and persistence, attention to detail, follow-up discipline and sound judgement on case validity.
