Hostvia is looking for a proactive Sales & Appointment Setter to help us grow our hospitality and property management business.
We work with hotels, Airbnb hosts, serviced apartments and short-term rental properties, helping them improve bookings and revenue through OTA management, listing optimization, pricing and property management.
What you'll do
Find potential hotel, Airbnb and short-term rental clients
Research and build prospect lists
Reach out through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, WhatsApp and other channels
Start conversations with property owners and decision-makers
Qualify interested leads
Book meetings and sales calls
Follow up with prospects
Help manage and improve our sales pipeline
What we're looking for
Positive written and spoken English
Comfortable with cold outreach and starting conversations
Sales, lead generation or appointment-setting experience is a plus
Self-driven, organized and consistent
Interested in startups, sales, hospitality or travel
You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone proactive who can learn quickly and consistently generate opportunities.
Compensation
Fixed Pay: ₹6,000–₹15,000 per month + Commission The fixed salary will depend on your experience, skills and responsibilities.
The commission structure will be discussed during the interview based on the role and performance expectations.
