As an individual contributor lead project-based sales from client engagement to project delivery, driving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-
Develop project sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Identify recent clients and build robust customer relationships.
Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and commercial offers.
Manage projects from sales to successful delivery, ensuring timelines and profitability.
Coordinate with design, engineering, installation, finance, QA, suppliers, and contractors.
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Monitor project costs, resources, risks, documentation, and overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Lead and guide the project sales team.

Qualifications &




Experience:-
B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical
MBA preferred
2–10 years of experience in project sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or fenestration.
