Sales

Pipeline & Customer Engagement Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations* Identify recent business prospects and convert qualified leads2.

Sales Target

Achievement Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure3. Conferences & Workshops Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales4.



Sales-Driven Mindset Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops### What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for sales and business development Ability to build relationships and influence customers Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable* Experience in medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2 B sales is an advantageJoin ONE Simulation and be part of our mission to transform healthcare education through simulation technology.
