Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to manage end-to-end architectural responsibilities for building construction projects. The role involves design leadership, coordination with consultants, site execution support, and client interaction across multiple project stages.

Key Responsibilities

Construction & Architecture
Lead architectural planning and design from concept to completion
Prepare and review concept designs, schematic layouts, working drawings, and GFC drawings
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants
Ensure compliance with local by-laws, NBC, fire norms, and statutory regulations
Conduct site visits to resolve design and execution-related issues




Review BOQs, specifications, and tender drawings

Leadership & Coordination
Manage and mentor junior architects and design teams
Liaise with clients, contractors, and external stakeholders
Conduct design reviews and value engineering for cost and constructability optimization

Technical Skills & Tools
Solid expertise in architectural detailing
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
Working knowledge of Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
Robust understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
Knowledge of Indian building codes and approval processes
Familiarity with project coordination and site execution

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
Registered with Council of Architecture (COA)
Minimum 4 years of experience handling construction projects
Proven experience managing projects from concept to handover
