About The Role
Identify and develop recent business in target industries (fabrication, automotive components, appliances, furniture, architectural, oil & gas, etc.)
Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring repeat business and high customer retention




Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and volume/value goals
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for coating applications
Coordinate with technical/application teams to resolve customer issues (adhesion, finish quality, curing, color matching)
Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and contracts within approved margins
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records
Collect and process customer feedback for product improvement
Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding receivables
Coordinate with production/logistics for order fulfilment and delivery schedules
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
