Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a team of 4–8 Sales Executives.
Hire, train, and motivate sales team members.
Set daily/monthly sales targets and monitor performance.
Generate B2B leads through calling, field visits and market networking.
Handle customer meetings, product demos, quotations and negotiations.
Develop current markets and maintain existing customer relationships.
Track leads, follow-ups, orders and daily sales reports.
Achieve monthly team sales targets and revenue goals.
Required Skills
Robust communication & negotiation skills
Team leadership and hiring ability
B2B/field sales experience
Target-oriented and result-focused
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
