Dreams Land Realty is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketer to join our Angamaly branch.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns
Create, optimize, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Generate quality leads for real estate projects
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI, conversions, and lead quality
Manage retargeting and audience segmentation
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion
Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising tools

Requirements
Proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
Strong knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation




Experience in real estate digital marketing is highly preferred
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc. is an advantage
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
