We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. The role focuses on driving traffic, generating qualified leads, and improving campaign performance through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels (AEO/GEO)
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to maximize ROI
Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization, keyword research, content, and audience targeting.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like GA4, Power BI, or similar
Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver high-impact marketing assets
Improve website performance through SEO/AEO/GEO, CRO, and user experience enhancements
Manage lead generation funnels and support pipeline creation and progression
Ensure alignment with business unit goals and marketing objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
Solid understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO, SEM, paid media, and analytics tools (GA4, Google Ads), knowledge of Google Tag Manager
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore, AEM, WordPress)
Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead lifecycle management
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Power Automate.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
