Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day civil maintenance and upkeep of university buildings, academic blocks, hostels, residential areas and other facilities.
Supervise civil repair and maintenance works, including masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, roofing and structural repairs.
Conduct regular inspection of buildings and facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and maintenance teams for timely completion of work.
Prepare estimates, BOQs and material requirements for civil maintenance projects.
Monitor the quality, cost and timelines of maintenance and repair works.
Handle complaints related to civil infrastructure and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes and institutional maintenance procedures.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, materials and expenses.
Coordinate with Electrical, HVAC,



Plumbing, Fire & Safety and other facility teams for integrated maintenance activities.

Preferred Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in building/facility maintenance, institutional, commercial, residential or large campus infrastructure.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience in Building/Facility Maintenance. Candidates with only construction/project execution experience and no significant facility maintenance experience may not be considered.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
