Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain ERP modules (attendance, fees, timetable, communication, etc.) across web (React JS) and mobile (Flutter)
Design and build backend services and APIs using .NET (C#)
Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases schema design, queries, performance tuning
Integrate Firebase for auth, push notifications, and real-time features
Debug, patch, and support production issues for live school deployments
Collaborate with the product team to translate school/admin requirements into technical solutions
Write clean, documented, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Manage the team of junior developers

Preferred candidate profile
4+ years of experience in full-stack development
Solid proficiency in React JS and Flutter
Solid experience with .NET / C# for backend development
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (schema design,



optimization)
Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Messaging)
Understanding of REST API design and integration
Ability to work independently and manage multiple modules

Valuable to Have
Prior experience in EdTech or ERP systems
Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (Azure/AWS)
