Position: Senior Accountant – Construction Company

Location: Gurugram, Haryana | Work from Office

Experience: 6–10 years, preferably with construction/infrastructure/contracting experience.

Candidate should be robust in:
Complete day-to-day accounting and finalization of books
GST: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 2B reconciliation, ITC, e-invoicing/e-way bills, RCM, GST notices
TDS/TCS: calculations, payments, quarterly returns and reconciliation
Income Tax and assessment-related documentation
PF/EPF and ESIC: monthly calculations, challans, returns and employee records
Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
Labour-law compliance applicable to construction/manpower
Minimum Wages, wage registers and statutory records




Payroll processing and salary reconciliation
Contractor/subcontractor billing and compliance
Construction project-wise accounting and costing
WIP, material/labour costs and project profitability
Vendor/customer reconciliation and bank reconciliation
Tally Prime/ERP and advanced Excel
Monthly MIS, cash-flow and management reporting
Audit coordination and liaison with CA/tax consultants
Handling GST, TDS, PF/ESIC and other departmental notices

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
