Job Profile
Lead and deliver SAP CO implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
Configure and support SAP CO Product Costing, including business requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Manage Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Profit Center Accounting (PCA) processes.
Configure and support Internal Orders and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CO solutions.
Support financial reporting, period-end closing, allocations, settlements, and controlling processes.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.
Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting of SAP CO-related issues.
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and preparation of functional documentation.
Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Take ownership of critical issues and drive them to successful resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams in a agile project environment.

Candidate Profile




8–12 years of SAP CO experience with strong implementation and support exposure.
Strong expertise in SAP CO Product Costing.
Hands-on experience with Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders,Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Solid business process analysis and requirements gathering skills.
Experience with financial reporting and controlling processes.
Strong knowledge of integration between SAP CO and other SAP modules, particularly FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.
Robust debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
Experience in user training, knowledge transfer, and functional documentation.
Ability to independently manage implementation and production support activities.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapid-paced environment.

Qualification: Master in Computer Science or Equivalent / MBA (Finance)
