Code Quality : Write clean, productive, and maintainable code with a robust emphasis on Java fundamentals.
Testing : Conduct unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
Documentation : Prepare technical documentation to support and guide users and developers.
Bug Fixing : Identify and fix bugs in existing applications and perform root cause analysis.
Continuous Improvement : Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the overall performance, scalability, and reliability of the application.
Security : Ensure that applications adhere to security best practices and standards.
AI Tools Adoption : Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve development productivity, code quality, troubleshooting, documentation, and overall delivery efficiency.

Requirements
Java Skills : Solid understanding of Java and object-oriented programming principles.
Hybris Knowledge :



Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris modules such as WCMS, PCM, and eCommerce.
Hybris B2B Experience (Preferred) : Prior experience working on SAP Hybris B2B Commerce implementations, including customer-specific pricing, account management, approval workflows, and B2B purchasing processes, is highly preferred.
Web Technologies : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful web services.
Database Skills : Basic knowledge of database design and SQL.
AI Tools & Emerging Technologies : Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) and an interest in leveraging AI to improve software development and delivery processes.
Problem-Solving : Solid analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Team Collaboration : Proven experience working effectively with multiple interlock teams, including product, architecture, QA, DevOps, business, and support teams.
Communication : Positive verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability : Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
