In the role of Senior Associate, you will be an integral part of a team driving the success of a client’s business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control delivery to ensure continuous improvement with established standards
Develop and analyze statistical data to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of errands submitted by agents
Update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / Process documents on a weekly basis
Be Aware of relevant risk/compliance/regulatory policies Complete all mandatory/assigned training programs in the quarter/year
Ensure volume/work status are captured accurately in web metrics (Tick) tool daily
Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees and team
Ensure positive feedback is received by building effective long-term relationships with clients
Review, analyse,
and resolve contested case reports
Use developed techniques to prepend cooperation and participation in potentially volatile situations
Responsible for doing quality assurance and train other employees to maintain accuracy in delivering task on time
Willingness to learn and accept current challenges
Skills and qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute/university with positive academic track record.
Master degree holders may also be considered but without any extra weightage
Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet and email writing
Minimum two years of experience in relevant industry with exposure to team handling and quality
