– Sales Telecaller

Position: Sales Telecaller – Tensile Structures / PEB

Location: Indore (In office)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company solutions.
Generate leads and understand client requirements.
Follow up with inquiries through calls, emails, and referrals.
Maintain call records and update CRM/database.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales.
Experience in construction, industrial, PEB, civil, or building-materials industry preferred.
Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
Valuable listening and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a structured environment.
