Female Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Female Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers through phone calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Call potential customers and explain the companys products and services.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into clients.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call records and update the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead management.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team when required.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

Required Skills
Excellent Hindi communication skills (Basic English preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Good telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Internet)




Ability to work under sales targets
Good follow-up and customer handling skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team player with good time management skills

Eligibility
Female Candidate
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Fresher and Experienced candidates can apply
Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage
