Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of operational activities.
Prepare, maintain, and verify operations-related files and documents.
Perform cash handling, cash receipts, payments, and daily cash reconciliation accurately.
Maintain proper records of cash transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Manage cash counter activities and resolve customer queries related to transactions.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of operational requests and documentation.
Identify customer requirements and generate cross-selling prospects for relevant financial products.
Promote products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Insurance, and other financial services as applicable.




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.
Ensure proper KYC/document verification and adherence to operational guidelines.
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all branch activities.
Achieve assigned cross-sales and operational targets.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience in Branch Operations, Cashier, Cash Handling, Banking/NBFC Operations, Customer Service, or Cross-Sales will be preferred.
