What You’ll Do
Welcome customers warmly and create a positive showroom experience.
Understand customers' requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Explain product features, perks, quality, pricing, and offers clearly.
Recommend suitable products based on individual customer needs.
Demonstrate products and help customers compare different options.
Handle customer enquiries through the showroom, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Follow up with enquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the purchase process.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers.
Coordinate with the delivery, accounts, and showroom teams for smooth order completion.
Stay updated about new products, collections, promotions, and offers.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Collect customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the management team.

If you have

Good communication + Confidence + Positive attitude + Willingness to learn

Previous experience in sales, retail, furniture, home products, interiors, or customer service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
