Role and responsibilities:

This position is responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience to drive service that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention.
Perform testing, validation, and repair of EV battery packs at the service center.
Diagnose issues in battery modules and packs, and execute effective repair solutions.
Support validation activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Conduct performance testing, cycle testing, and thermal behavior checks of EV batteries.
Work with CAN tools for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Provide technical support and documentation for service activities.
Hands-on experience in EV battery pack testing, validation, and repair.
Solid knowledge of electrical & electronic systems.
Proficiency with CAN communication protocols and diagnostic tools.
Experience in EV/automotive domain preferred.
Customer co-ordination & report preparation.
