Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Review ledger postings, reconciliations, provisions, accruals and accounting adjustments.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act and internal accounting policies.
Manage statutory compliances relating to GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC and other applicable regulations.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax auditors and government authorities.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including vendor payments, ageing analysis and overdue collections.
Support preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and monthly MIS reports.
Analyse budget/actual variances and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor fund flow, cash flow and bank reconciliations.
Coordinate with banks for facilities including BGs, LCs and credit limits.
Lead, guide and develop the Accounts team.




Drive process improvements and automation within the Finance & Accounts function.

Preferred candidate profile
15 - 20 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Minimum 35 years of experience in a managerial / team-leading role.
Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.

Hands-on experience in SAP HANA 4 / ERP accounting systems.
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce – Mandatory
CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) – Preferred
