Mandatory Skills Description:• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance with strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
Experience working in a Fintech/Digital bank/Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) provider/Payment platform
Robust understanding of digital banking products such as customer onboarding, identity verification, lending, deposits, payments, or customer servicing.
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation using Playwright.
Robust API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
Experience using GitHub or similar tools for defect tracking and collaboration.
Working knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, and business teams.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced product setting.
