Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily virtual training sessions for Field Sales Officers.
Train sales employees on sales techniques, processes, and product knowledge.
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions to improve sales performance.
Explain sales strategies, lead generation, customer handling, and conversion techniques.
Motivate sales employees to achieve their assigned sales targets.
Conduct assessments to evaluate employee understanding and training effectiveness.
Identify skill gaps and provide coaching and guidance.
Provide practical examples and role-play exercises to improve communication and objection-handling skills.
Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinate with the sales management team regarding training requirements and employee progress.




Keep training materials updated according to business and market requirements.
Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
Good product knowledge.
Solid coaching and motivational skills.
Ability to conduct effective virtual training sessions.
