Role & Responsibilities
Lead the creative development of bespoke and couture menswear collections.
Translate creative concepts into sophisticated silhouettes, sketches, and detailed design stories.
Oversee hand embroidery, embellishment, textiles, and couture craftsmanship.
Collaborate with master artisans, tailors, and production teams to ensure impeccable execution.
Supervise sampling, fittings, alterations,



and final garment refinement.
Develop personalised designs for discerning clients and special occasions.
Mentor the design team while upholding the house’s signature aesthetic and standards.
Research global couture and craftsmanship to continuously evolve the brand.
Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure creative excellence and commercial relevance.
Maintain the house’s commitment to exceptional tailoring, refined handwork, and uncompromising attention to detail .

Experience 3–5 years of relevant experience in couture, luxury, or bespoke menswear fashion design.
