Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, Credit Card, Insurance Sales, or related financial sales.
Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
Ability to generate leads and acquire current customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers.
Promote and sell banking/financial products.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
Maintain daily sales and customer records.
