Senior AI Engineer (Backend)

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and Python backend engineering. The individual will drive end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI platforms, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and lead development of enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI platforms.
Design scalable multi-agent systems for complex business workflows.
Define AI architecture standards, governance, security, and best practices.
Lead implementation of advanced RAG, knowledge retrieval, memory management, and orchestration frameworks.
Build reusable AI services, SDKs, APIs, and platform components.
Drive model evaluation, observability, reliability, and optimization strategies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use cases into AI solutions.
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and establish adoption roadmaps.
