Knowledge in ABB 800XA 6.1 DCS, MPC based Expert optimizer, ABB Knowledge manager-based Laboratory information management system &
Plant information management system, Thermofisher XRF &
Cross belt analyzer, Malvern Online & offline particle size analyzer, Schneider PowerScada EMS and Programming knowledge in Siemens &
ABB PLCs, HMIs
Knowledge in various communication protocols like Profibus, Profinet, Modbus and OPC DA/UA
Knowledge in Robolab equipment Robot, Sampling Stations, Receiving Station and Mill &
Press
Knowledge in Gas Analyzers Maintenance and Calibration
Operation and maintenance of Field instruments like Temperature, Pressure, Level Transmitters and Switches
Maintenance implementation for Preventive, Predictive & scheduled maintenance activities in

Co-ordination with SH.
Maintain equipment master data, maintenance checklists, equipment history, technical documents, and drawings in SAP PM.
Manage spare parts planning, inventory optimization,



and maintenance cost control through effective utilization of SAP PM/MM modules.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Implement and sustain IMS, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and statutory requirements while executing maintenance activities.
Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, and other cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Monitor equipment performance, identify improvement prospects, and implement reliability enhancement projects.
Train and mentor maintenance personnel to enhance technical competency and operational excellence.
Giving timely feedback of the equipment condition to SH/HOD.
