Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities and develop client relationships. Handle sales of cleanroom, HVAC, process equipment and turnkey projects
Identify and develop leads through market research, references and client visits.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/project teams for solutions and quotations.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to order closure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in B2B/project sales.
Experience in Pharma / Cleanroom / HVAC / Process Equipment / Turnkey Projects preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation and client-handling skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Valuable knowledge of industrial/project sales cycles.
