Seeking an experienced Salesforce Performance Testing Lead to validate scalability, responsiveness, and stability of Salesforce and integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Define performance test strategy and estimations.
Design load, stress, endurance, and spike testing scenarios.
Use NeoLoad, JMeter, or LoadRunner .
Execute tests and analyze response time, throughput, CPU/memory, and bottlenecks.
Integrate performance testing with Jenkins, Git, and Copado .
Prepare performance reports, RCA, and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with developers, BAs,
and stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
4–8 years of performance testing experience.
Hands-on NeoLoad/JMeter/LoadRunner .
Salesforce/cloud platform performance testing experience.
Performance logs and resource utilization analysis.
CI/CD knowledge: Jenkins, Git .
API performance testing and SQL .
Robust analytical and communication skills.
