Job Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) administration and operations.
Execute Email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns.
Handle data management, segmentation, and automation workflows.
Perform SQL-based audience selection and reporting.
Create and manage templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to support campaign requirements.
Skills Required
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) preferred.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
SQL and data-handling skills.
Understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Qualification B.Tech / BCA / MCA preferred
