Role Description The Real Estate Sales – Portfolio Manager role in North Bengaluru is a full-time, on-site position based in Koramangala. The individual in this role will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, oversee listings, and ensure accurate and timely updates across internal systems and marketplaces.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, presenting property options, negotiating terms, and closing transactions while maintaining high standards of customer service. The portfolio manager will collaborate with builders and brokers to source inventory, gather market insights, and optimize pricing and positioning strategies. The role also involves maintaining detailed sales reports, monitoring performance against targets, and contributing feedback to improve processes and technology tools used by India Realty.
Qualifications
