Role Description The Branch Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring business targets are met. This role includes managing sales activities, coordinating with distributors and vendors, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. The Branch Manager supervises branch staff, provides guidance and performance feedback,



and ensures high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory and order fulfillment, tracking financial performance, preparing reports, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. The Branch Manager also supports local marketing initiatives, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
Sales and business development experience, preferably in IT, software distribution, or related industries.
Operational and administrative skills in branch management, including planning, coordination, and workflow optimization.
