Dreams Land Realty, a growing real estate brokerage firm operating across Kerala and Dubai, is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our Angamaly Branch.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Angamaly sales team
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop property consultants
Manage and convert leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, property shows, referrals, and other channels
Monitor the complete sales pipeline from enquiry to booking
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
Support the team in client meetings, negotiations, and property presentations
Build strong relationships with customers, developers, investors, and channel partners
Track sales KPIs, conversion rates, follow-ups, and team performance
Develop strategies to increase revenue and market presence in the Angamaly region
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Support Kerala and Dubai property sales,
including leads generated through Dubai property exhibitions and events in India
Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who has:
3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a managerial/team-lead role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong understanding of the Kerala real estate market
Experience handling digital leads and CRM systems
Ability to motivate a sales team and drive performance
A result-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in Dubai property sales / NRI investment sales will be an added advantage.
