Job Title: MERN Stack Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced MERN Full Stack Team Lead to own both the technical direction and people-management side of our development team. If you have a solid hands-on engineering background and know how to lead a team while driving measurable results through KPIs, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience Required: 5+ years in full stack development, including a minimum of 2 years in a Team Lead role

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of MERN stack developers (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Own end-to-end project delivery — planning, execution, and quality assurance
Define technical architecture and enforce engineering best practices
Set, track, and report on Team and Project KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and clients to clarify requirements




Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to support their growth
Ensure on-time delivery aligned with project roadmaps and milestones

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Proven experience leading a development team for 2+ years
Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party integrations
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹380,818.56 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
