Security Supervisor / Site Supervisor
Supervise and manage a team of 10 Security Guards at the assigned site.
Monitor MyGate app operations, including visitor entries, staff attendance, and gate logs.
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping related to site operations.
Maintain attendance sheets, shift rosters, and employee registers.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management.
Conduct regular briefings and inspections to ensure discipline, alertness, and proper security practices.
Support the site team with administrative activities and client communication.
Ensure compliance with all security and safety procedures within the premises.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning, replacements, and staff requirements.
Monitor the overall performance and discipline of security personnel.




Address routine site-level operational issues and coordinate with management when required.

Requirements
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in Security / Facility Management
MyGate App Knowledge: Mandatory
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Physically fit and capable of independently managing site operations.
Good administrative, documentation, and reporting skills.
